Information System for a Language School

Hlavním cílem této bakalářské práce je navrhnou a implementovat informační systém pro jazykovou školu, který nahradí dosavadní zpracování dat v tabulkách programu Microsoft Excel. Systém bude pracovat se všemi daty jazykové školy (kurzy, překlady, zaměstnanci, knihy, zákazníci) a ulehčí práci vedení. Většinu procesů zrychlí nebo zautomatizuje. Bude také upozorňovat na blížící se termíny překladů nebo konců smluv zaměstnanců. The main goal of this thesis is to design and implement an information system for a language school, which will replace the existing data processing in Microsoft Excel tables. The system will work with language school's data like courses, translation, staff, books, customers and makes management work easier. The most of the processes will be accelerated or automated. It will also notify management for upcoming translations' deadlines or employees' ending contracts. 

Expansion Strategy of Burda Auction, s.r.o. into Germany

Diplomová práce analyzuje možnosti vstupu Burda Auction, s.r.o. na filatelistický trh Spolkové republiky Německo. Obsahuje zhodnocení teoretických poznatků a používaných analytických metod, které jsou poté aplikovány při analýze německého trhu s filatelií a konkurenčního prostředí. A poté navrhuje vhodné strategie pro expanzi firmy Burda Auction, s.r.o. na německý trh.The thesis analyses the possibility of expansion of Burda Auction, s.r.o. into German market with philately. It includes analytical methods and theoretical knowledge which is then used for analysis of German market with philately and analysis of competition environment. Then it proposes suitable expansion strategies for the entry of Burda Auction, s.r.o. into the German market.

Web App for Capturing New Shots of Historical Photographs

Cílem této diplomové práce je návrh a implementace webové aplikace zaměřené na správu refotografií. Analyzovat stávající řešení, vytvořit seznam požadovaných funcí a jednoduché grafické uživatelské rozhraní. Součástí je také návrh a vytvoření API pro komunikaci s mobilní aplikací. Mezi základní požadavky aplikace patří zanesení fotografií do mapy, kombinování různých fotografií v grafickém editoru s rozšířenými funkcemi pro automatické zarovnání obrazu.The aim of this diploma thesis is to design and implement a web application focused on rephotography management. Analyze existing solutions, create list of features and simple graphical user interface. It also includes a design of API structure to communicate with the mobile application. Essential application requirements include adding photos on a map and combining different photos in a photo editor with enhanced auto-alignment features.

Control of headlight assembly line

Tato práce se zabývá návrhem montážního pracoviště na výrobu světlometů. Dokument obsahuje rozbor zadávací dokumentace montážní linky. Ve stručnosti je také popsáno, jak probíhá montáž světlometů. Dále je podrobně vysvětlena metoda Poka-Yoke, určená pro návrh opatření, která se pokoušejí co nejvíce snížit rizikovost chybné manuální montáže součástí světlometů operátorem výroby. Analýzy důsledků možných chyb FMEA a PFMEA jsou teoreticky rozebrány spolu s postupem vypracování těchto analýz. Dle těchto metod a podle požadavků zákazníka je navržena a realizována instrumentace vybraného montážního pracoviště. Ke zhodnocení, zda bylo navržené Poka-Yoke opatření účinné, je provedeno pomocí OEE ukazatele. Dalším cílem této práce bylo provést návrh a realizaci konkrétního řídicího systému linky z vybraných PLC. Na základě požadavků analýzy chyb operátora je provedena realizace řídicího programu a je zdokumentována pomocí vývojových diagramů spolu s přiloženým popisem využitých programových konstrukcí. Vizualizace pro vybraný operátorský panel montážního pracoviště je v této práci rovněž podrobně zdokumentována.This thesis deals with design of the reflector assembly line. The document contains the analysis of the customer requirements sheet. In short there is written how to put the parts of the reflector together. The Poka-Yoke method is properly described in this work too. This method is used to design of the actions, which are trying to decrease the risk level of wrong reflector composition as low as it is possible. FMEA and PFMEA methods are explained in theory. There is the plan how to make the analysis too. The instrumentation of one part of the line is designed according to this analysis and according to the customer requirements. The OEE pointer is used to test the right effect of the Poka-Yoke method. The next aim of this thesis is to compare chosen PLCs for control of the assembly line and to choose one of them. On the base of the analysis there is designed the control program in the flowcharts form. One part of this thesis is focused on design of the visualization for the chosen operational panel.

Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na vytvoření implementačního modelu agilního a projektového řízení v softwarovém vývoji. Analyzuje tyto dva přístupy ve vývojovém týmu v mezinárodní společnosti a představuje návrh řešení jejich využití pro zdokonalení procesů ve vybraných procesních oblastech modelu CMMI.The diploma thesis deals with an establishment of the agile and project management implementation model in a software development. Thesis analyzes these approaches in a software development team of an international organization and presents a solution of their usages in a process improvement defined by the CMMI model in selected processes areas.

Diagnostic of Selected Electrical Machine

Jsou zde shrnuty všechny používané metody diagnostiky izolačních systémů, magnetických obvodů a diagnostika vibrací. Praktická část práce zpracovává na příkladu konkrétního elektrického stroje diagnostické měření a vyhodnocení výsledků. Dále je zpracováno řešení problémů a doporučení ke zlepšení diagnostiky na stroji.This thesis elaborates the problematic of diagnostic measurement and testing of electrical synchronous machines. There are summarized all used methods for diagnostics of insulation systems, magnetic circuits and vibration diagnostics. The practical part elaborates diagnostic measurement and evaluation of results on the example of electrical machine. Professional Competence of Machine Operators and Its Verification

Import 05/08/2014Bakalářská práce se zabývá odbornou způsobilosti strojníku u Hasičského záchranného sboru. První část bakalářské práce se zaměřuje na historii stanice, velikost hasebního obvodu a na technické vybavení hasičské stanice Frýdek- Místek. Na této stanici byl nedávno modernizován vozový park. Nově pořízena technika je popsána v druhé části této bakalářské práce. V dalších částech se zabývá charakteristikou strojníka, nároky kladené na něj z hlediska povinností, psychiky a praktických dovedností. Na závěr bakalářské práce je vytvořena metodika vzdělávání strojníků s otázkami jak pro teoretickou tak praktickou část zkoušky. Bakalářská práce je doplněna i o přílohu v podobě normy znalosti hasič – strojník a písemné části závěrečné zkoušky.The thesis deals with the professional competence of the engineer for the fire brigade. The first part of the thesis focuses on the history of the station, the size of the fire-fighting and fire station on technical equipment of Frýdek-Místek. On this station was recently modernized fleet. The newly acquired technology is described in the second part of this thesis. In other parts of the deals with the characteristics of the engineer, the demands on him in terms of obligations, the psyche, and practical skills. At the conclusion of Bachelor thesis methodology is created training engineers with questions for both the theoretical and the practical part of the exam. Processing Strategic Analysis of a Selected Enterprise

Tématem mé bakalářské práce je zpracovat strategickou analýzu na vybraný podnik. Hlavním cílem bylo zhodnotit situaci podniku a okolí, které na tento podnik působí. V teoretické části se zabývám jednotlivými analýzami, které jsou následně použity v podmínkách konkrétně vybraného podniku. Použitými analýzami jsou PEST analýza, Porterův model pěti konkurenčních sil, analýza klíčových faktorů a finanční analýza. Díky těmto analýzám jsem získal důležité poznatky, které jsem následně využil k vytvoření několika návrhů a doporučení.The topic of my thesis is to elaborate a strategic analysis of selected company. The main goal was to evaluate situation of the company and its surroundings. The theoretical part deals with individual analyzes, which are used in conditions of the specifically selected company then. Used analyzes are PEST analysis, Porter's five forces model, analysis of key factors and financial analysis.
